Total Fitness Management (TFM) is a private air-conditioned Fitness Studio located close to the city at 91-97 Macnamara St. Its owner Richard Littlefield has a lifetime of health and fitness experience and is passionate about sharing his knowledge on the many benefits of regular exercise. Especially on mental health and feeling your best.

Richard has been providing fitness services to the people of Cairns since 2002. Offering a range of fully supervised exercise sessions including Private and Small Classes.

 

Expect the same service we provided at our private studio with the added benefit of having a world-class facility full of new strength and cardio machines. 

PCYC is an inclusive / all-ages facility that is not for profit and matches our ideals that exercise is for everyone including children thought to seniors.

You will learn how body weight and resistance bands can provide not only a challenging workout, but easily facilitate alternative exercises when required. Regardless if it is for a rehab concern or adding variety / intensity to a current training program. TFM will help you to progress safely and with confidence.

WHAT WE DO

TFM strives to provide a professional, safe and friendly environment for persons of all ages to exercise. We have experience in many areas of health and fitness, providing motivation to reach your health & fitness goals, regardless if your are new to exercise, returning after a period of inactivity or wanting help to take your training to the next level. We teach clients how simple and easy to use exercise equipment can still provide variety as well as results.

NOTE: As TFM is an all age facility, younger clients are still allowed to attend our Seniors Strength Classes if it suits their lifestyle or working week. In fact many of our seniors have progressed to other sessions over the years. Which shows that consistency over time offers results regardless of your age or experience with exercise.

ONLINE FITNESS PROGRAMS

Do you work remotely or have irregular shifts ?

 

Would you like to stay motivated and maintain the habit to exercise with an online exercise program ?

The TFM Online coaching program  can be used as a stand alone program or to compliment your current regime. You will find both tutorial and action videos depending on the workout you choose. All designed to support you with your exercise regardless of your location.  

All you need to follow any of the strength programs, are a quality set of resistance bands, including handles and an outside or door anchor.

A BIT ABOUT ME

Your Body, the Way You Want It

I grew up from the age of 12 with martial arts and was running classes for my instructor by the age of 15, whilst gaining my first degree black belt. The discipline and knowledge gained in these early years has helped me develop TFM into a true all age facility. As most martial arts classes will usually cater for a range of different ages and experience. 

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness should always be worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of different demographics and exercise goals as well as providing both personal training and small classes. Which has given me the skills to adapt clients training when required.
