Fun Fitness with Friends
Our classes are designed to ensure you get the most out of your time spend exericising. They are capped at 5 members to keep the service personlised and range in duration of 35mins to 40mins. All members are requested to do their own warm up in the PCYC cardio room before starting your session. As well as a cool down and stretching at the completetion of every workout.
Seniors Strength
Our Strength Seniors Class uses simple body weight exercises, some free weights, sandbags and strength training machines. Your coach will be there to guide you on the best exercises for your current mindset, exercise goals and experience with exercise.
Regardless of your exercise history or current fitness levels our Strength Seniors Program is designed that you can start to work towards your goals from the very first session.
By increasing your strength & muscle it will have many positive effects on your daily life. Gains in strength and mobility will support better overall movement and balance as well stronger muscles are important for keeping your bones strong.
